Senior Engineer, Process Integration

About the role

Micron is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead Process Integration for its NAND Flash production line. You will drive improvements in yield, quality, and output while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the fab.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate yield, quality, and output improvements for NAND Flash manufacturing.
• Design, execute, and analyze process experiments to enhance fab performance.
• Partner with Yield Engineering, Process Quality Assurance, and production teams to investigate and resolve yield and quality issues.
• Communicate module‑related issues to fab engineering and leadership.
• Lead cross‑area engineering teams and work with global partners on module alignment projects.
• Integrate AI‑assisted tools into daily workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IE, Process & Equipment Engineering, and Production to forecast and balance yield, output, and process challenges.

Required profile

• PhD in Engineering or Science (required).
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Effective communicator capable of collaborating at all organizational levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or prior experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impactful contributions are highly desirable.
