Senior Executive – Business Development

About the role

The Senior Executive, Business Development will drive new partnership opportunities across corporate, government, institutional and international sectors. You will work closely with internal teams to create tailored education and industry solutions that meet partner needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business and partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market, industry and competitor research to spot emerging opportunities.
• Follow up on leads, proposals and partnership discussions to generate revenue.
• Attend external meetings, networking sessions and industry events.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and concept papers.
• Coordinate with faculty and internal stakeholders to develop customised programmes.
• Support executive education, corporate programmes and professional development initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder enquiries and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Prepare management reports and support digital‑marketing lead‑generation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Communications, Hospitality, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, account management, partnerships or corporate engagement.
• Proven ability to manage corporate events, workshops or conferences.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage contacts and pipelines.
