Senior Executive - Group Procurement

About the role

CrimsonLogic is looking for a motivated Senior Executive to join its Group Procurement team. You will act as the gatekeeper for governance and compliance while supporting end‑to‑end sourcing activities across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute sourcing strategies (RFQ/RFP/Tender) and lead price and contract negotiations.
• Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Ensure full compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Review purchase requests for commercial alignment and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Evaluate supplier performance on price competitiveness and service level.
• Provide procurement advice and administrative support to internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new vendors.
• Participate in audit exercises and handle ad‑hoc tasks from the Reporting Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the IT sector.
• Strong negotiation abilities and stakeholder influence skills.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent verbal and written communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with procurement software, specifically SAP‑B1.
