Senior Executive, Public Relations

About the role

The Senior Executive, Public Relations will drive NTUC Club’s external communications, corporate reputation and earned‑media initiatives across its B2B and B2C brand portfolio. The role creates news‑worthy publicity materials, supports corporate announcements and campaigns, and works closely with internal stakeholders to protect and enhance the organisation’s brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated PR plans, identifying newsworthy angles and maintaining a forward‑looking publicity pipeline.
• Draft, edit and proofread media releases, advisories, fact sheets, speeches and briefing notes in line with NTUC Club’s style.
• Pitch story ideas to journalists, manage media relationships, coordinate interviews and spokesperson briefings.
• Plan and manage media events, influencer engagements and on‑site coverage logistics.
• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, produce post‑campaign reports and support crisis communications when needed.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in public relations, media relations or corporate communications.
• Proven ability to craft news‑worthy story angles and secure earned‑media coverage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SharePoint for document and workflow management.
• Experience using media‑monitoring and PR tools for coverage tracking and reporting.
