Senior Executive, Strategic Communications & PR (Destination Communications)

About the role

As a Senior Executive in Strategic Communications & PR, you will join the Marketing & Guest Experience Division to elevate Sentosa’s brand visibility through compelling storytelling, media engagement, and influencer collaborations. You will be a key driver of destination‑focused communications, ensuring a cohesive narrative across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute media familiarisation trips and KOL visits from inquiry to post‑trip reporting.
• Develop detailed itineraries, secure sponsorships from island partners, and manage permits and immigration clearances.
• Provide on‑site support, transport coordination and welcome services for visiting media and influencers.
• Maintain and grow relationships with journalists, editors, content creators and social media influencers.
• Craft and pitch earned‑media stories that position Sentosa as a must‑visit destination.
• Liaise with island partners—including attractions, hotels and F&B operators—to align storytelling and identify partnership opportunities.
• Monitor consumer lifestyle trends to inform communications strategies and proactively manage media queries and issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic communications, public relations or destination marketing.
• Strong track record of managing media trips, influencer engagements and earned‑media campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external partners.
• Senior‑level professional with a results‑oriented mindset.
