Senior Executive – Student Progress

About the role

The Student Progress Team at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) seeks a Senior Executive to support the Vice-Deans in overseeing academic, professionalism and wellbeing matters for students. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Student Progress, the role ensures robust systems and data handling for monitoring student progress.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory on attendance and other infringements.
• Arrange diagnostic meetings and manage action plans arising from decisions.
• Organise and run the Guidance and Remediation Workshop.
• Maintain a centralised, structured database for student academic, professionalism and wellbeing information.
• Review existing workflows across Student Progress activities to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Implement simple automation to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Analyse patterns and trends in attendance, academic performance, professionalism and wellbeing indicators.

Required profile

• A recognised degree in Business Management, Arts and Social Sciences or a related discipline; psychology degree preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong interest in clear, well‑structured content.
• Meticulous, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi‑task, solve problems and take initiative.
