Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join Lendlease’s high‑performing finance team in Singapore. The role supports the financial management and reporting of our Asia investment platforms and associated entities, providing insight for commercial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and half‑yearly close processes for investment management and ownership entities across Asia.
• Prepare and review management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, cash‑flow forecasts and key performance metrics.
• Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable insights on financial performance.
• Review work of outsourced finance providers, including journal entries, reconciliations and reporting packs.
• Support preparation of statutory financial statements and consolidation reporting in compliance with IFRS.
• Ensure all financial records are accurate, complete and audit‑ready.
• Coordinate regulatory filings such as MAS quarterly submissions and CMSL annual reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies as required.

Required profile

• Significant experience in finance analysis, reporting and control within an investment or real‑estate environment.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage month‑end close, variance analysis and statutory reporting.
• Experience working with external auditors, tax advisors and outsourced finance service providers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
