Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will join the Southeast Asia Finance team, taking full P&L responsibility and partnering closely with Sales leadership across the region. This commercial‑focused position supports decision‑making through performance management, pricing, and financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial stakeholders to drive financial performance and achieve business targets.
• Analyse financial results and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage performance controlling, including distributor performance, contracts, rebates, and credit notes.
• Collaborate with Sales on pricing strategy across countries and channels.
• Support month‑end closing, variance analysis, forecasting and management reporting.
• Forecast and track COGS and operating expenses.
• Assist cash‑flow and Accounts Receivable management through shared services.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably within an MNC environment.
• Strong background in business controlling, commercial finance or finance business partnering.
• Good business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with commercial stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Independent, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Big 4 experience is advantageous.
