Senior Frontend Developer – Angular & Cloud

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a Senior Frontend Software Developer to design, build and maintain enterprise‑grade web applications. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, secure and user‑centric digital platforms while influencing architectural decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance and support large‑scale web applications using Angular.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, code reviews and development standards.
• Create automated BDD and integration tests and ensure accessibility and responsive design.
• Collaborate with backend teams, occasionally extending Python/FastAPI services.
• Support DevOps processes with Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify AI‑assisted development opportunities and ensure responsible AI usage.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of software development experience, with at least 8 years focused on frontend in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale web applications.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility and performance optimisation.
• Experience with code reviews, BDD testing and automated quality tools.
• Working knowledge of Python, RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
