Senior Frontend Software Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer at LionsBot, you will create the user interfaces that operators use to control autonomous cleaning robots deployed worldwide. Your work will be highly visible – users will interact directly with the screens you build, whether on web, mobile, or the robot itself.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive web and mobile interfaces that translate designer mock‑ups into pixel‑perfect screens.
• Integrate live robot telemetry via WebSocket, WebRTC and other real‑time protocols, ensuring the UI reflects the current state accurately.
• Optimize performance, load times and latency to deliver a smooth experience across diverse devices and network conditions.
• Build and maintain a shared component library to avoid duplicated effort.
• Collaborate with design, product and backend teams, prototype solutions, and ship frequent, high‑quality releases.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building front‑end applications that you have taken to production and supported.
• Strong eye for detail and pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Ability to learn new frameworks quickly and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Comfort working with live data from physical devices and handling connectivity edge cases.
