Senior Full Stack Engineer (Singapore)

About the role

Plaud is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and implementation of core backend and platform capabilities for its Developer Platform. The role focuses on building robust APIs, SDKs, and multi‑tenant services that enable partner and third‑party integrations while leveraging cutting‑edge AI tools to accelerate development.

Key responsibilities

• Own design and implementation of core backend and platform capabilities for the Plaud Developer Platform, supporting partner and third‑party integrations.
• Apply and enforce best practices in OAuth authorization, access control, and multi‑tenant architecture, making independent implementation decisions.
• Build and maintain standardized APIs, SDK interfaces, and developer onboarding workflows.
• Drive cross‑system solutions in collaboration with product, device, and AI service teams, taking accountability for delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, testing, debugging, and code review.
• Identify and lead improvements in platform stability, performance, and developer experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience focused on platform or API development.
• Hands‑on experience with OAuth 2.0, authentication and authorization in production.
• Proven track record designing and shipping developer‑facing APIs or SDKs.
• Ability to work independently in a complex, multi‑system environment with ambiguity.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve engineering productivity.
• Strong communication skills and comfort driving alignment across teams.
