Senior Hybrid Designer

About the role

HH Global is seeking a Senior Hybrid Designer to join its global design team supporting a leading tech client. You will create high‑quality static and motion assets for digital campaigns, social platforms and other touchpoints, working both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Figma design systems, toolkits and architecture for multi‑market campaigns.
• Produce static outputs at scale across languages, aspect ratios and platform specifications.
• Design social ads, UI elements, product communications and video assets while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate directly with the client to understand brand standards and incorporate feedback quickly.
• Support motion‑design tasks using Adobe After Effects when required.
• Ensure visual storytelling aligns with cultural nuances across the APAC region.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in digital and visual design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple languages and markets.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and presentation.
• Proactive attitude with the capacity to manage large‑scale design outputs.
• Ability to work both onsite and remotely in a hybrid model.
