Senior Informatics Pharmacist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Informatics Pharmacist to join the NUH Pharmacy team. In this role you will support both legacy and new pharmacy systems, drive digital transformation, and work closely with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders across hospital, cluster and national programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Support adoption, configuration and maintenance of new and national pharmacy systems.
• Provide on‑site user support during system implementations and perform system testing using defined test plans and data.
• Facilitate interoperability and integration of medication information and automation systems.
• Audit data entered by end users, generate reports and assist with strategic planning.
• Review policies and procedures, ensuring system configurations align with national and hospital standards.
• Develop training curricula and deliver end‑user training to champion users.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for medication errors related to pharmacy systems and suggest improvements.
• Troubleshoot legacy pharmacy systems, manage tickets and provide out‑of‑hours support when rostered.
• Represent the pharmacy department in hospital, cluster and national level programmes and committees.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacist with a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related field.
• Significant experience in pharmacy informatics, medication safety and clinical decision support.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data auditing and reporting.
