Senior iOS Mobile Engineer – Global Payments

About the role

Airwallex is looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS) to join its Payments team. You will help shape the security and user experience of online transactions by building mobile‑first payment solutions for merchants worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications that enable merchants to accept payments on the go.
• Lead the creation of the Airi Consumer Wallet, a networked checkout solution that creates persistent shopper profiles across Airwallex’s global merchant network.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams across China, the Netherlands, and Singapore to deliver high‑quality, scalable mobile features.
• Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of mobile payment flows.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an iOS engineer building consumer‑facing applications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment.
