Senior IT Desktop Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Desktop Support Specialist to provide end‑to‑end hardware, software and network assistance across Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for users, handling incidents, escalations and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, resolve and document hardware and software incidents for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Install, configure and support operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10) and applications including Microsoft software and SharePoint.
• Provide level‑1/2 support, manage escalations and produce timely incident reports.
• Participate in IT projects and ad‑hoc assignments related to desktop support.
• Maintain accurate task updates and adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Required profile

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent higher degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, networking, scanners, printers and other peripherals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple requests and follow up promptly.
