About the role

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and lead our kitchen team at XIA FOOD MANUFACTURING.

Key responsibilities

Monthly purchasing of ingredients and ensuring stock is tallied and accounted.
Assist the team in preparing daily required items and assign work tasks and rostering.
Liaise with delivery platforms and consolidate daily payment reports.
Ensure food is prepared according to SOPs and manage the kitchen team seamlessly.
