Senior Manager, CRM Marketing – APAC

About the role

Crunchyroll is seeking a data‑driven Senior Manager to lead CRM and lifecycle marketing across the APAC region. Based in Singapore, you will design and execute localized campaigns that acquire, engage, retain, and win back anime fans while aligning with a global fan‑first vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies for acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win‑back across APAC.
• Own and optimise the regional Braze instance, leveraging email, push, SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, in‑app and notification channels.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, content programming and curation teams to create localized go‑to‑market moments for major launches and fan activations.
• Provide regional expertise on cultural nuances, market‑specific approaches and fan engagement opportunities.
• Partner with product, data science and growth teams to measure performance, analyse insights and continuously optimise campaigns.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing, preferably in streaming, entertainment or digital subscription services.
• Deep knowledge of Asian markets, cultural nuances and regional messaging ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive optimisation.
• Collaborative mindset comfortable working across regional and global teams in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Passion for anime, fandom culture or entertainment brands.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with Braze (or comparable orchestration platforms) for journey design, real‑time triggers and multi‑channel execution.
