Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Join AIA Investment Management as a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis. You will partner with investment and front‑office teams to deliver high‑quality financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and strategic insights that support the firm’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as finance business partner to investment and front‑office teams, providing commercial insights, scenario analysis and financial modelling.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, manage the Anaplan platform, and produce monthly management and Group reports.
• Develop financial models, dashboards and data visualisations to enhance performance monitoring and decision‑making.
• Oversee month‑end close activities in Anaplan and collaborate with accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Drive FP&A modernization through automation, AI‑enabled analytics and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Experience in investment management, financial services or similar commercial environments is highly desirable.
• Strong quantitative, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with Anaplan, Power BI and dashboard development.
• Financial modelling tools and techniques.
