Senior Manager – Internal Communications (Organisational Excellence)

About the role

GovTech is looking for a Senior Manager (or Manager) to lead internal communications within its Organisation Excellence team. The role will shape how employees across the agency stay informed, aligned and engaged with the nation‑building digital agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies that keep staff informed of GovTech’s strategies and goals.
• Support organisational development and change management through coherent communications plans and consistent messaging across platforms and audiences.
• Create communications assets such as speeches, talking points, emailers, intranet content and videos for events, campaigns and presentations.
• Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to align internal communications with the organisation’s goals and values.
• Leverage multiple channels and technology to deliver key messages to segmented audiences and measure effectiveness using data and analytics.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal, strategic, corporate or marketing communications.
• Public‑sector experience is a plus.
• Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data to provide data‑driven communications recommendations.
• Proven capability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously in an organised manner.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse, cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience advising executive leaders on communications matters.
