Senior Network Architect – IT Infrastructure (Singapore)

About the role

The Global Infra Reliability and Excellence team is looking for a Senior Network Architect to lead APAC network architecture and delivery. Based in Singapore, you will shape office, workplace, POP and backbone connectivity while ensuring alignment with global standards and local risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, optimise and govern global office and workplace networks, data‑center access and cross‑border backbone connectivity.
• Lead capacity expansion for regional offices, research labs and operational scenarios, balancing quality, cost and timelines.
• Develop enterprise network architecture covering campus, wireless, WAN, SD‑WAN, data‑center interconnect, cloud links, IPv4/IPv6 dual‑stack, security zones and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Own technical delivery for major projects, coordinating network, system, security, facilities, procurement, legal, carriers and external vendors.
• Create and maintain global delivery standards, design templates, implementation guides, acceptance criteria, SOPs, MOPs and emergency playbooks.
• Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis and long‑term improvements for complex network issues.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (SD‑WAN, SDN, SASE, Zero Trust, SRv6, Wi‑Fi 6/7, observability, automation) and drive their adoption.
• Assess and improve office network capacity, performance, stability and security on an ongoing basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience designing and operating large‑scale enterprise networks across multiple regions.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on reliability and scalability.
