Senior Operations Executive – Auto Finance

About the role

HL Bank Singapore is seeking a Senior Operations Executive to lead daily processing, disbursement and loan facility implementation for its auto finance business. The role ensures compliance, high‑quality customer service and accurate reporting while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily processing, account creation, loan disbursement and month‑end reporting.
• Verify that financing terms, conditions and documentation comply with guidelines; flag any deviations.
• Provide fast, high‑standard customer service to achieve satisfaction.
• Conduct pre‑drawdown checks and ensure all applicant, dealer and distributor documents are complete.
• Monitor outstanding documents, issue hire‑purchase legal paperwork promptly, and ensure bank interest is lodged before disbursement.
• Collaborate with business units, dealers and distributors to develop service‑level agreements for products and services.
• Oversee accurate disbursement, commission calculations and legal document handling.
• Print, sort, archive and safeguard legal documents and credit files.
• Prepare letters of undertaking, offers and board resolutions as needed.
• Guide and train new disbursement officers and perform UAT testing or data clearing when required.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma qualification.
• 3‑4 years of relevant experience in documentation and disbursement for auto or retail loans within a financial institution or motor‑trade environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Independent, hardworking and able to meet tight timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Advanced Excel skills.
