Senior Payroll Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to oversee end‑to‑end payroll for a portfolio of Singapore‑based clients. The role demands accuracy, timeliness and strong ownership while handling multiple deadlines and client queries.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll inputs including salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, leave and benefits.
• Handle client and employee payroll queries, providing guidance and resolving discrepancies independently.
• Perform payroll checks, reconciliations and variance analysis before finalisation.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment and statutory requirements, including contributions and submissions.
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate records for each client.
• Manage multiple payroll deadlines, proactively identifying issues and supporting time‑sensitive matters.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of full‑cycle payroll experience for Singapore entities.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll practices and statutory obligations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of client accounts.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
