Senior Planner, Global Supply Planning

About the role

The Senior Global Supply Planner drives long‑range and seasonal supply planning across worldwide markets. You will work closely with product supply teams, brand planners, commercial planners and external vendors to ensure supply availability and mitigate risks linked to demand fluctuations, capacity constraints, and material shortages.

Key responsibilities

• Support long‑range planning (LRP) by creating robust plans aligned with sourcing strategy and key planning scenarios.
• Validate forecasts, translate MFP forecasts into capacity, allocation and material requirements, and provide initial allocation guidance to vendor teams.
• Create and maintain the seasonal buy plan, optimise global PO placement schedules and set buy strategies (e.g., exceptions, MOQ reviews, pre‑positioning actions).
• Drive the monthly “need‑to‑buy” process and manage seasonal calendars for purchase dates and shipping schedules.
• Collect capacity risk assessments, partner with capacity planning to identify and resolve risks, and implement mitigation actions such as fair‑share, pre‑build, or re‑allocation.
• Coordinate data gathering and system setup for smooth buy execution and communicate capacity and production updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical background with experience in supply, capacity or material planning.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
• Excellent understanding of demand forecasts, market information and GTM milestones.
• Detail‑oriented, capable of validating and presenting a single source of supply signal for decision‑making.
