Senior Portfolio Manager

About the role

The Senior Portfolio Manager will lead the strategic management and performance oversight of QIMI Capital’s investment portfolio. This role combines strong investment judgment with portfolio construction expertise to deliver risk‑adjusted returns while adhering to the firm’s risk appetite and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously review investment strategies aligned with organisational objectives and approved mandates.
• Manage assigned portfolios across asset classes, conduct asset allocation, rebalancing and optimisation to achieve target returns.
• Monitor portfolio exposures, liquidity, credit quality and market risks, ensuring compliance with limits and guidelines.
• Conduct fundamental, quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate new investment opportunities and prepare investment recommendations.
• Track macro‑economic, market and regulatory developments that could impact portfolio performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management, the Investment Committee and the Board.

Required profile

• Proven experience in portfolio management, investment analysis and risk monitoring.
• Ability to balance performance objectives with risk discipline and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills to interact with senior management, investment committees and internal control functions.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, asset allocation and investment optimisation techniques.
