Senior Product Designer (Visual Storytelling & Motion)

About the role

At Pulse iD we’re building AI‑powered growth and engagement infrastructure for banks, fintechs, payment providers, telcos and ecommerce brands across APAC, the Middle East and Europe. We seek a senior product designer who can combine deep UI/UX expertise with visual storytelling and motion to translate complex product capabilities into compelling experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end UI/UX for the Pulse iD platform, including discovery, flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity designs, prototypes and handoff; build and maintain the Figma design system.
• Partner with product, engineering and other teams on dashboards, configuration tools, merchant‑ and partner‑facing portals, consumer‑facing experiences and new retail media surfaces; use AI tools (e.g., Claude Design) for rapid prototyping.
• Design visual stories and short animated videos (15–60 s) for LinkedIn, social and web to explain products, demonstrate features and support launches; create marketing collaterals such as one‑pagers, case studies, whitepapers, pitch decks and website pages.

Required profile

• 8+ years as a product designer, preferably in agency or B2B SaaS environments, with a portfolio showcasing strong UI/UX, visual storytelling and motion work.
• Proven experience as the sole designer in a small team, owning strategy to pixel‑pushing without an art director, and designing for enterprise audiences such as dashboards and complex data products.
• Experience in regulated industries (fintech, banking, telco) is a strong plus.

• Advanced Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, design tokens, prototyping, Dev Mode)
• Motion design tools: After Effects, Lottie, Runway
• AI design productivity tools: Claude, Midjourney and emerging AI prototyping tools
• Adobe Creative Cloud for visual production
