Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure & Security)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Singapore. The role manages complex client projects spanning IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and emerging technology, delivering them on time, within budget and scope while embedding security best practices and AI-driven methods.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure, security and technology transformation projects, covering scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk
• Prepare project plans, milestones, risk registers, governance frameworks and change management strategies
• Run daily execution including deployment, migration, testing, integration and implementation
• Control scope, manage change control, oversee P&L, forecasting, budget compliance and resource allocation
• Escalate issues such as overruns, scope creep and resource constraints to project directors and steering committees
• Ensure project documentation meets customer, quality, industry and regulatory requirements
• Lead team planning, coaching, mentoring and performance management, and support business development and pre-sales
• Deploy and integrate security technologies (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, endpoint protection) and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST and CIS Controls
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, patch management, incident response and security awareness
• Use AI project management tools and stay current with AI trends in project management and cybersecurity
• Act as the main contact for clients and stakeholders, prepare materials for steering committees, negotiate with vendors and subcontractors, and handle project transitions and handovers

Required profile

• Information systems, IT, computer science or computer engineering training
• PMP certification or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure and/or cybersecurity projects
• Track record delivering large-scale, complex technology projects and leading multiple projects through discovery, estimation, implementation and recovery
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors and subcontractors, and in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, government, homeland security or defence
• Technical lead or solution architect experience in migration, security deployment or infrastructure transformation; Agile, DevOps and DevSecOps knowledge is an advantage
• Willingness to travel to client sites and business meetings
