Senior Psychiatrist (Consultant)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team at the Institute of Mental Health, providing comprehensive psychiatric care to a multicultural patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Contribute to the mental health services across the institute’s 50 inpatient wards and 7 outpatient clinics.

Required profile

• Basic Medical Degree registrable with the Singapore Medical Council.
• Recognised postgraduate qualification such as MMED (Psychiatry) or equivalent.
• Completed psychiatry residency training and accreditation as a Specialist by the Singapore Accreditation Board.
