Senior Public Relations Executive

About the role

fastretailing is looking for a driven, creative and business-minded Senior Public Relations Executive to support the development and execution of its communication strategies. PR is described as a strategic growth driver, and the role suits someone who understands how communication drives both business value and societal impact, and who is passionate about the LifeWear philosophy. The person will coordinate day-to-day media and influencer relations across corporate, consumer and sustainability programmes, community partnerships and cross-functional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of PR campaigns to build positive media coverage and strengthen brand reputation
• Draft and distribute press materials such as media releases, Q&As, briefing documents and toolkits
• Maintain media lists and coordinate media pitching, interviews and press events
• Monitor daily media coverage, prepare reports and track sentiment
• Help manage long-term influencer and advocate relationships, including product seeding and event invitations
• Interpret qualitative and quantitative results for management reporting
• Work with external partners on joint campaigns and activations, and support sustainability initiatives by tracking, measuring and reporting outcomes
• Support internal engagement on corporate news and brand values, coordinate with global teams on communication frameworks, and prepare presentation materials and reports for management updates

Required profile

• Proven ability to connect communication with business results
• Excellent understanding of the Singapore media and influencer landscape, ideally with an existing media and creator network
• Experience in both agency and in-house environments is advantageous
• Experienced people manager with strong leadership and influencing skills in fast-paced environments
• Go-getter, driven and operational, able to innovate and challenge norms
