Senior Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Consultant to join our aesthetic and beauty salon network across Singapore. You will provide professional skin analysis, advise clients on suitable aesthetic services and products, and drive sales in a modern, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough skin analyses and personalized consultations to recommend aesthetic treatments, skincare products, facial, slimming and TCM therapeutic services.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, delivering accurate information about services and product offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective promotion and upselling of services and product packages.
• Collaborate with team members to boost overall branch performance and contribute to the success of each location.
• Maintain a positive, engaging interaction with customers to build lasting relationships and enhance their experience.
• Uphold the company’s professional image and standards in all sales activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beauty, aesthetic or wellness sector.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Goal‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
