Senior Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Sales Coordinator will support the growth of OW88 by opening new accounts and maintaining existing company accounts. This role combines customer service, account management, and coordination of marketing activities across local and overseas events.

Key responsibilities

• Open new accounts and maintain existing company accounts.
• Provide end‑to‑end customer service, including service delivery, setup, and payment processing.
• Participate in overseas roadshows, events and exhibitions.
• Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring the execution of marketing plans.
• Support internal and external vocational and product training initiatives.
• Earn commission on top of the basic salary after confirmation.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Independent, fast learner, responsible and target‑driven.
• Comfortable with travel, laptops and standard office software.
• Ability to plan, work and achieve sales targets.
• Training and mentoring will be provided.
