Senior Security Consultant - OSCP

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Consultant to join a leading cybersecurity team in Singapore. The role focuses on offensive security engagements, mentoring junior staff, and providing expert advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end offensive security projects, including network, web, mobile, and infrastructure penetration testing.
• Validate and exploit vulnerabilities to demonstrate real‑world impact and business risk.
• Produce high‑quality technical and executive reports with clear risk narratives and remediation guidance.
• Act as technical or project lead, mentoring junior consultants and ensuring quality standards.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, presenting findings and discussing remediation.
• Contribute to internal testing methodologies, tools, and playbooks.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging threats, exploitation techniques, and offensive security research.
• Support pre‑sales and scoping activities with technical input.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on offensive security, penetration testing, or red‑team experience.
• Mandatory certifications: OSCP, CRT, OSWE.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, Active Directory, and web application architectures.
• Deep knowledge of attack frameworks such as OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, and CWE.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for non‑technical stakeholders.
