Senior Solutions Engineer

About the role

Jeppesen ForeFlight is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join its Commercial Aviation Sales Team. You will work closely with Sales Account Executives to drive revenue opportunities in the commercial aviation sector, translating customer needs into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Account Executives on opportunity analysis, deal activities, pipeline planning and forecasting.
• Identify and develop strategic and tactical opportunities for Flight Deck and Flight Planning solutions.
• Provide enterprise‑level technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, including solution design, demos and proposal responses.
• Build strong relationships with technical and business decision‑makers at customer organizations.
• Present and demonstrate Jeppesen ForeFlight Flight Deck, Charting, Ops Data and Flight Planning products.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to gather insights.
• Advocate for customer needs internally and help improve product quality.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Travel up to 40% of the time, primarily in the Asia‑Pacific region.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with experience in aviation software solutions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and able to work as a trusted advisor.
