Senior Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to provide expert IT support for our enterprise customers in Singapore. You will work on software maintenance contracts, troubleshoot network issues, and install and configure servers and operating systems to ensure optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and maintenance services under software maintenance contracts.
• Diagnose and resolve network problems in MS Windows and Office 365 environments.
• Install, migrate and configure operating systems including Windows, Linux and Citrix.
• Configure and deploy servers, Cisco routers and firewalls (Cisco PIX, Checkpoint, Watchguard).
• Set up and maintain MS Windows environments and ensure reliable system operations.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• Professional IT certifications such as MCSE, CCNA or CNE.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting MS Windows or Unix/Linux networking environments.
