Senior Staff Nurse – Dialysis

About the role

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse II to provide life‑sustaining dialysis treatments in our Singapore clinics. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, delivering compassionate care to patients with chronic kidney disease while ensuring safety and quality in a high‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑, intra‑ and post‑dialysis clinical assessments and monitor patient progress.
• Administer hemodialysis treatments and operate dialysis equipment safely.
• Review blood test results and report abnormalities to the Medical Director.
• Educate patients on diet, fluid, medication and blood pressure management.
• Monitor and maintain the water treatment system to ensure safe dialysis therapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the Therapy Data Management System (TDMS) and EuClid Clinical Information system.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment and report equipment defects promptly.
• Participate in quality improvement by reporting incidents and hazards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in Singapore, preferably in dialysis or renal care.

Required skills

• Operation of hemodialysis equipment.
• Therapy Data Management System (TDMS) usage.
• EuClid Clinical Information system proficiency.
• Interpretation of blood test results.
