Senior Staff Nurse (Inpatient)

About the role

Join a leading healthcare provider in Singapore as a Senior Staff Nurse caring for inpatient oncology and palliative patients. You will work three rotating shifts, close to Marymount MRT, with transport support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, competent, and individualized nursing care, including medication administration and wound dressing.
• Monitor, reassess, and document patient conditions, ensuring infection control and proper use of equipment.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams, acting as a liaison.
• Allocate resources, manage drug storage, and report incidents to the Nurse Manager.
• Mentor junior staff, uphold Singapore Nursing Board standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing accredited by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for patient service.
• Ability to work under pressure, meticulous attention to detail, and teamwork orientation.
