Senior Supervisor – Mechanical Engineering & Construction

About the role

ALTUS STEEL TECH is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead mechanical engineering and construction activities for building services across Singapore. The role combines project planning, tender preparation, and on‑site supervision to ensure successful delivery of mechanical works.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute mechanical engineering and construction works for building services.
• Prepare tender documents, design specifications, and technical drawings.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and on‑site support as required.
• Coordinate with end‑users, vendors, and suppliers to align project requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, resolve site issues, and record manpower timings.
• Handle petty cash, support safety and emergency response, and assist in material procurement.
• Assist the manager with project integration and decision‑making.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite and respond to emergencies at any time.
