Senior Technical Executive – BIM & Civil Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Executive to drive BIM modelling and civil engineering design for our C&S team. The role involves producing detailed BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high‑quality drawings and quantity schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Produce BIM models, including general arrangement plans and schedules.
• Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team.
• Create sewer, drainage, and traffic plans, and detail reinforced concrete elements such as box culverts and box drains.
• Generate quantity schedules using BIM tools.
• Collaborate and coordinate with CS, AR, and MEP teams across local and overseas locations.
• Perform BIM modelling, federation, coordination, and clash detection.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering graduate.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on sewer, drainage, and road projects.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Archicad, Revit, and AutoCAD (Archicad preferred).
• Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with local and overseas clients.
• Good work ethics, management skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
