Senior Technical Executive (C&S) – BIM Modeler/Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Executive to lead BIM modelling and coordination for the Civil & Structural (C&S) design discipline. You will work closely with engineers, project managers and the CAD/BIM manager to deliver high‑quality BIM models and documentation on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop BIM models from rough sketches, CAD files and engineering specifications.
• Create BIM 2D documentation in line with project and organisational BIM standards.
• Update models with the latest information and ensure model quality.
• Validate construction documents against updated BIM models from all disciplines.
• Prepare authority submission drawings.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to resolve design changes and modelling challenges.
• Follow the Project BIM Execution Plan and organisational BIM content standards.
• Prepare discipline models and content for BIM coordination meetings.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil, Structural Engineering, Architecture, ITE drafting or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing BIM on construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Autodesk Revit.
• Strong team player, self‑driven and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
