Senior Trust Administrator

About the role

Join the Trust team at Kensington Trust Singapore and manage client trust portfolios in a dynamic, regulatory‑focused environment. You will collaborate with professional advisors, investment managers and banks to ensure seamless trust administration and high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day trust portfolio activities, including opening bank or brokerage accounts, beneficiary distributions and fund transfers.
• Liaise with advisors, investment managers and banks on trust‑related matters.
• Conduct periodic reviews to verify compliance with trust deeds, company policies, legal and tax requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date trust records and prepare trustee minutes, resolutions, and related documents.
• Handle invoicing, debtor collection and provide additional support as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in trust administration or a comparable fiduciary role.
• Strong understanding of trust law, estate planning, taxation and fiduciary duties.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High ethical standards, discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive client data.
• STEP qualification is a plus.
