Senior Video Director / Editor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Video Director / Editor to lead the creation of high‑quality video content for real‑estate, commercial, branding, documentary and social‑media projects. The role blends traditional production expertise with cutting‑edge generative AI, coding agents and workflow automation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit professional real‑estate videos, property tours, agent presentations and marketing campaigns.
• Produce polished commercial, branding and advertising videos for corporate clients and social‑media platforms.
• Develop concepts, scripts, storyboards and production plans aligned with client objectives.
• Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting, stabilisers and audio equipment on location.
• Manage the full post‑production workflow: footage organization, editing, colour correction, grading, audio processing, subtitles, motion graphics and final delivery.
• Create vertical and horizontal formats for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu and other platforms.
• Utilise DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop for editing and graphics.
• Integrate AI tools such as TapNow and Codex to generate and automate video content, including image‑to‑video, style transfer and batch processing.
• Test emerging AI solutions for quality, consistency and production suitability.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and maintain organized media libraries.

Required profile

• Strong background in video production and post‑production for real‑estate, commercial or branding projects.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage end‑to‑end video pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and feedback implementation.
