SEO & SEM Specialist – Digital Advertising Executive

About the role

The SEO & SEM Specialist / Digital Advertising Executive will lead the company’s online visibility and paid media efforts. You will shape SEO strategies, manage SEM campaigns, and optimise digital advertising to drive traffic, conversions and ROI across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO tactics to improve rankings, organic traffic and search visibility.
• Plan, launch and optimise SEM campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and display networks, including retargeting.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink audits and search‑trend monitoring.
• Track and report on KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, ROAS and overall website performance.
• Collaborate with content, design, product and marketing teams on growth initiatives.
• Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, audience targeting and media planning.
• Run A/B tests, optimise landing pages and enhance the customer journey.
• Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2–6 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, SEM or performance‑marketing roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in SaaS, e‑commerce, fintech, healthcare, retail or digital agencies is a plus.
