Server – Guest Service Expert

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Server to join the team at Colony Restaurant in Marina Bay. As a Guest Service Expert you will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering high‑quality service and ensuring guests feel welcomed from the moment they sit down.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Interact with guests, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations.
• Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, restock supplies, and follow health‑safety standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance, and moving safely on varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform basic physical tasks.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
