Service Crew & Cashier – Music Bar (Full‑Time, High Earning Potential)

About the role

Ipanema World Music Bar is seeking charismatic and energetic Service Crew & Cashier staff to join a fun, friendly team in a fast‑paced music bar environment. You will help create memorable experiences for guests through great food, craft drinks and a lively atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Set up service areas, warmly welcome guests and ensure a comfortable start to their visit.
• Take orders, guide guests through the menu, make recommendations and upsell food and beverages.
• Clear tables, refill drinks, keep the dining area clean and organized.
• Operate the POS system, process cash and card payments efficiently while engaging with guests.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong food & beverage knowledge and ability to suggest pairings.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and communicate well in a team.
• Minimum N Level qualification with good English written and verbal skills.
• Prior server/cashier experience is a plus; extensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
