Service Crew – Customer Service & Food Preparation

About the role

Join More Yogurt as a Service Crew member and be the front‑line ambassador delivering quality service to our guests. You will assist with daily outlet operations, from opening to closing, while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and perform housekeeping duties.
• Assist in opening and closing the outlet.
• Prepare and serve food items to customers.
• Promote menu items and handle cashiering duties.
• Engage with guests to ensure full satisfaction and build rapport.
• Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; fresh/entry level candidates are welcome.
• Possession of an F&B Hygiene Certificate.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality service.
• Strong focus on service excellence and basic food‑and‑beverage knowledge.
