About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers throughout their visit.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Assist with food and beverage serving, maintaining a clean and tidy dining area.
• Handle customer enquiries, address concerns, and support guests as needed.
• Support daily restaurant operations and perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• No prior food‑and‑beverage experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and commit to shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
