Service Sales Team Leader

About the role

The Service Sales Team Leader will head the Service Sales team in Singapore, driving technical service sales such as small retrofits, system upgrades, and corrective or routine maintenance across Southeast Asia, Oceania and selected Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Service Sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for technical service solutions, including retrofits and upgrades.
• Maintain relationships with customers in SEA, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, and Korea.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and proposals for regional accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the marine industry.
• Proven team‑management experience, regardless of team size.
• Diploma or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of 2‑stroke and 4‑stroke marine engines.
