Set Designer, Production Resource

About the role

We are looking for a Set Designer to support production resources, translating producer requirements into visual concepts and detailed construction drawings for drama and entertainment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Understand producer requirements and develop visual concepts, layout plans, elevations, details, and perspectives.
• Create designs using AutoCAD and 3D modelling software such as Cinema 4D or 3D Studio Max, delivering aesthetically pleasing solutions.
• Manage set projects from pre‑production through production and strike.
• Brief staging contractors and vendors with construction drawings and floor plans.
• Coordinate production requirements with suppliers and sponsors.
• Direct the set design team, staging contractors, and vendors during implementation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Space & Interior Design, Environment & Architecture Design, Industrial Design or Fine Art.
• 1–2 years experience in set design for drama or entertainment productions (preferred).
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for business communication.
• Strong communication abilities.
