About the role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Showroom Representative to join our home appliances team. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers, helping them discover the right products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk‑in customers with product recommendations.
- Demonstrate appliance features and clearly explain specifications.
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders accurately.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and attractive product displays.
- Coordinate deliveries and follow up on customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and participate in product training.
Required profile
- Minimum education: GCE ‘O’ Level.
- Junior executive level with a customer‑service mindset.
