Site Engineer – Construction Project Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join our construction team in Singapore. The role supports the Project Manager and Construction Manager in planning, coordinating and executing site activities on various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Construction Manager in planning, coordination and execution of site activities.
• Supervise daily construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel on technical and construction matters.
• Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies, clashes or technical issues and report them to the Project Manager and consultants.
• Monitor work progress against the approved project programme and ensure timely execution.
• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and material quality against specifications.
• Arrange inspections with consultants, QP, RTO and relevant authorities as required.
• Prepare and submit inspection requests, RFAs, RFIs, material submissions, method statements and other project documentation.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with diverse project stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and safety compliance.
