Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our construction team in Singapore. The role involves supervising daily site activities, ensuring works follow approved drawings and specifications, and coordinating with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, quality and site workmanship.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Review construction drawings and assist with site measurements and setting‑out.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection records and project documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and site regulations.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant site experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in building, civil, structural or architectural works.
• Good understanding of construction methods, site coordination and engineering practices.
• Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Revit/BIM and other engineering or construction software.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction practices, codes and authority requirements.
